South Lake Tahoe Real Estate-Montgomery Estates

The Montgomery Estates area is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in South Lake Tahoe.  Most of the homes are larger, newer construction that are situated are large parcels.  Because it is located off of Pioneer Trail, one has easy access to Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, the casinos, shopping and the beaches of Lake Tahoe.  Many of the homes back to forest and there are miles of hiking and biking trails surrounding the neighborhood.
